Season 53, Week 4
Jenna Angel
(Digital Devil Saga)

The power of demons, facing off against a generic evil god of undisclosed proportions. The ammoral, yet entirely human madness that led Jenna to go as far as she did is quite a bit more layered than Xorn's borderline cartoonish baby-eating, but that's hardly the only abyss that separates the two duellers. While Xorn has truly insane speed and respectable durability, alongside a horrifying limit game to keep his offense in top shape, Jenna absolutely fails to care about any of this: her unskippable form shifts will let her survive anything Xorn tosses at her and get her own terrifying attacks in. And not even Xorn is capable of surviving two Bhairava assaults. In the end, darkness and despair are nothing but excuses: raw might and ruthlessness are the only languages in the duelling arena.

THIS FOOLISH, IMMENSELY CONFUSING WENCH THINKS SHE KNOWS ABOUT CHAOS? JENNA ANGEL'S ATMA IS NOTHING NEXT TO THE POWER OF THE EVIL GOD XORN. LOVE HAS NO PLACE IN XORN'S NEW WORLD ORDER. ANGEL IS MORE CONCERNED WITH BABBLING ABOUT HER LOST LOVE DAVID THAN FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE; SHE HAS GROWN WEAK. SICK. ENTIRELY DEFENSELESS. SHE HAS NOTHING TO STOP XORN'S BRUTALLY POWERFUL OFFENSIVE CAPABILITIES, NO WAY TO SLOW DOWN THE ALMIGHTY XORN'S UNRIVALLED SPEED. DEATH KNELL WILL SOUND THE END OF JENNA'S LATEST RUN THROUGH GODLIKE, AND HERALD THE AGE OF XORN. LOVE SHALL PERISH IN THIS NEW WORLD ORDER! (As you can see, Xorn got tired of playing nice this season)

SageAcrin
The god of despair and hopelessness, of destruction and ruination.

A goddess(?) of war, one who wants to see the most vicious rise to the top of the world she ruled.

In this clash, only one result could have existed.

"....uggggggghhhhhhh. You are so unbelievably worthless." Jenna muttered in disgust. Turning on her heel, she walked out of the arena.

"WAIT! COME BACK, I HAVEN'T TOLD YOU ABOUT ALL THE HORRIFIC MISERABLE THINGS PEOPLE DO TO PEOPLE, AND ABOUT HOW NO ONE APPRECIATES THE BEAUTY OF MY CRYSTALLINE ART EXCEPT EMELIOUS HE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT UNDERSTANDS ME." Xorn called out, oblivious to his victory.

People who get things done just can't stand the emos.
