Season 52, Week 3
Skelly
(Chrono Cross)

Skelly's not clowning around this season! No bones about it, with his massive victory over the posterchild of the corporate fat cat, Skelly strikes a blow for himself and for scary as hell clowns everywhere! Now he fights Locke Cole, a so called "treasure hunter". Locke might just want to go by "thief" this round, because if there's one thing that pisses a skeleton off, it's a no good treasure hunter breaking into his crypt, stealing all his earthly possessions! He'll have a lot to answer for, and when Skelly gets On A Roll, Locke might just end up lying next to Skelly in the graveyard.

Fast as the wind and nearly as evasive, Locke looks to sneak his way back into Middle after a tough downgrade pool back in season forty-five. He's as dangerous as his rough backround and trade as a treasure hunter would imply; Locke's dealt with things far more scary than one undead clown (specifically, he's dealt with live clowns). He'll be opting for the Valiant Knife in battle this week, both to ignore Skelly's defense and to increase his solid evasion. The usual tools of the trade should be enough to send Skelly back to the boneyard and propel Locke to yet another win!

Locke's abilities on this day have reached a new height.

There is no building that will bar his way, no door that will stop him, no fortress impregnable enough for his treasure hunting skills.

On this day, Locke got the ultimate in theivery skills.

The skeleton key.

Okay, maybe it's a lot of keys.

And maybe it's just Skelly in a sack that he can dump down a chimney or into air ducts and make unlock things for him.

But in the end, nothing will stop him.

And in the end, Skelly...is still stuck with it, since Locke sensibly stuffed him in the sack before he could be healed.

And it will all end when he tries to sneak into a lady's locker room on a drunken bet and Skelly gets Holy magic to the face until he's no longer a good key. But hey, it'll be nice until then.

Locke Cole: 44
