Season 49, Week 4
Cecilia Lyne Adelhyde
(Wild Arms)

It took everything that Crono and his talented team had to sink Lavos. From potent elemental magic of all flavors to incredible buffing techniques to gobs of healing, they really are a cast that has it all. So, Lavos probably isn't too thrilled to hear that Cecilia, on her own, can do all, and toss out some obnoxious buffs and debuffs as well. With the ability to both enhance all of her own and drop all of her opponent's, as well as near infinite healing resources and the ever handy Life Guard, the little princess that could will be taking one more Godlike win and getting that long awaited shot at the finals.

*Burp*. The power of Atma truly was a tasty meal for Chrono Trigger's resident world-eater. Unfortunately, this tiny little human known as Cecilia? No more than a light snack for the ever-hungry beast. A frail girl who's not too fast? Delicious Lavos food. Crying Heavens will chop Cecilia down to size, while Lavos's lightning fast physicals will tenderize the rest, making for a delicious, if insignificant, snack. Really now, what was she even thinking in entering this match? If it took every bit of power that Crono and his had to stop Lavos, what can one princess do to slow the assault of this juggernaut?

There are some battles where there is no hope.

No chance.

Where the future, no matter how hard you fight, refuses to change.

"Huh. There is someone that can outeat her." Hanpan noted, as Cecilia, exhausted, passed out on the table.

Lavos, his massive bulk noticably swollen by asian noodles, roared triumphantly.

Or maybe it was a belch.

It's hard to tell.

Cecilia Lyne Adelhyde: 14
Lavos: 43
