Season 46, Week 3
Imoen
(Baldur's Gate series)

After taking down bait, Imoen finally faces a stiffer challenge. Unlike Chelsea, the inept archer, Suo actually has enough battle prowess to be able to rise out of Puny. Of course, that still doesn’t mean he has the power to take on Imoen. After all, he’s a pure physical fighter, so, Imoen’s Stoneskin will prevent Suo’s deadly sword swipes from inflicting even a minor scrape. On top of that, her Charm and Confuse spells will wreak havoc on Suo’s mental state, making it more than likely that he’ll slash the air instead of Imoen anyways.

The blind man's bluff, eh? Suo can handle invisbility, worst comes to worst. With Shiho around to help train him in the eyes of the mind, he'll have plenty of practice for this. A balanced blade is a perfect instrument, one that can find a hole even where only empty air appears. While he may struggle to get past Imoen's magical tricks, once he hits the fight will end fast - Imoen may have a thousand spells at her disposal, but she's still a DnD mage, and dies as fast as defenseless sheep once you start landing deadly blows.

Suo's battle preparation was flawless. He trained heavily with Shiho in the art of blind fighting, learning to feel out his foe with his other senses.

Imoen had her brother drag Sarevok into the arena. Sarevok, the one who appeared only once in the DL, and beat the living hell out of Jade, then vanished. Suo's fainting was considered unmanly, but no one really blamed him for it, especially when Bhaalspawn came armed.
