Finally, pulling her weight like a truly dignified former Godlike Champion, Menardi is back in the finals, ready to reclaim respect! Admittedly, it's not quite the same height as it used to be, but every step back up to her former glory will be a great help! The last thing that stands in her way? A useless french frog prince, known best for status slinging that Menardi immunes! Nothing her infamous Death Seize can't handle. Or her plethora of Fire Magic for that matter, backed up by her boss durability and remarkable speed compared to her sluggish opponent. In short, there's no way she'll lose this fight! After all, bereft of his tricks, Jean is a sitting duck (or frog) against the mighty Menardi! |

Ohhhh, trés bien! This is a wondrous ascent, indeed! From mockery in Light to the Middle finals? Oui, oui, Jean is on a true roll! And what better way to crown a fully hallowed run than to beat on a former Godlike champion? Menardi, in a striking fall from grace, suffered two straight downgrades and landed in Middle, ingloriously trying to regain her former shape. And she may be immune to Jean's Death spell, but that's not a problem! With his notable defense, Death Seize's accuracy will be reduced to nothing, and Menardi's horrible damage will have serious issues breaking through Jean's tankishness anyhow. All in all, Jean can just trick and hop his way out, even if he has no instant death! Merci! |
