Hahaha! How wonderful! How deliciously appropriate! It's rare that Cyril faces a match as well-suited to his talents as this one, but that being against a returning champion? This is a blessing from the stars! Perhaps, fate has finally smiled upon the Wiseman, perhaps this is just a confirmation of his might. However, this opportunity shall not be wasted! Jade stormed to victory last season with his mighty BoltXs from the sky, but he will find both his electrical zaps and his Instant Death tricks utterly useless against Cyril, who sports a fine immunity to Lightning! That leaves the sluggish and physically unimpressive Jade with just one trick - his admittedly impressive durability, but that's a problem that will be rapidly solved with Cyril's succession of Winds of Destruction. It's been a good run, you weird brain-bug thing, but it ends here, by the hands of a Wiseman! |

After putting yet another Godlike belt under his veritable collection, the great general of the empire returns to defend his hard-earned title with the fierce might of a thunderstorm! However... his first opponent, all things considered, seems to not quite understand the kind of predicament he's in. Cyril, the forgettable Wiseman under Indalecio's uninspiring leadership, vaunts Lightning immunity, rendering Jade's trademark BoltX useless... but this is hardly a problem, as this immunity will do nothing to stop Jade's acceptable physical damage and truly absurd durability from tearing this idiot apart. Cyril being rather frail and not really fast, he will just lose in about three turns instead of losing in one - and he can do absolutely nothing to kill Jade before that happens. The foolish Wiseman is about to learn a painful lesson about humility, and Jade is more than eager to provide! |
Meeplelard Jade was angry. Having lost that bet to Hrist last season, he was forced him to join the NDF, humiliating him for all time, and now he knows that he's never going to regain his title as Myria's #1 whipping boy! (no one knows why Jade wants that title, one can only assume Teepo has this kind of effect on the mentally weak. Which is to say, good thing Hrist knows how to ignore him.) But of course, he also learned his opponent is immune to his trademark BoltX. So what does Jade do in this really pissed off state? ...somethings are best not described. Lets just say that when a giant bug gets really damned angry, things don't get pretty. The best way to describe this fight is that the end of the fight ended in Cyril having an unnatural fear of beetles for the rest of his life. Cyril: 25 |
