Season 43, Week 1
Emma Hetfield
(Wild Arms: Alter Code F)

When facing overwhelming force, it may be best to adopt more subtle methods of combat. This is a lesson that Emma has taken to heart, especially with her current opposition. Estella is more than capable of burning Emma to ashes with her Rage rune, so it's time to be sneaky. In particular, Emma has a vast assortment of status and trickery moves at her disposal, including the dreaded Arc-En-Ciel. This move will leave Estella completely statused-out and unable to do anything but eat a rain of punching gun blows. After all, it doesn't matter how good your opponent is when they can't attack you.

Estella is back to awe the public with astounding tales of bravery, fantasy and love (never mind that she is a chronic liar, yes?). However, her opponent is unlikely to sit down for bedtime stories...oh well, Estella will just have to exercise her pyromania on a living target. And that shouldn't be difficult: Emma Hetfield may have a terrifying skillset, but her actual build is... ahhhhhh... rather inept. She's hilariously frail and far too slow for this match: a Final Flame should be more than enough to leave her a pile of ash. Estella's slithering tongue may not be so trustworthy, but her magical power is certainly no lie.

Emma was too busy acting out scenes from Streetcar to pay attention to Estella.

ESTELLA! HEY, ESTELLLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

You'd be amazed how good of a Stanley Rody makes, too.

And how good of a Blanch.

Naturally, Emma played all the other parts.

Naturally, Estella nuked them both.

Eventually.

I mean, how could she possibly have the heart to kill them both before Rody tried to act out Blanch and Stanley at the same time in the, er, biggest scene? Couldn't possibly.

The real losers in this match are the crowd. They were sane before this.

(Writer's note: This is why you shouldn't write things a few minutes after waking up, before coffee. Or why you should. Either or.)
