After dispatching Isabel, Nanaki proved that he didn’t need the power of his Fire materia to win any battles. The heavy-hitting power of his Limited Moon comb and his versatile selection of Limit Breaks saw the Maximillian Knight taken down without hassle, and this smack-talking pokémon will go down just as easily. Perhaps even more easily, really. While Typhlosion hits far harder then his previous opponent, that will only serve to let Nanaki access his limits even faster, as the pokémon still isn’t strong enough to take Red out before being forcefed a Stardust Ray. Considering Typhlosion’s mediocre at best defenses, that should be more than enough to put the dumb beast down for the count, letting Nanaki move on to an opponent who is hopefully better at rhetorics. Honestly, how hard is it to talk about things besides punishing evil or your own name? |

Looks like Camus couldn't take the heat after all, but here comes another would-be fire master to take his place already. Like the red knight before him, Red XIII can only call upon the awesome power of the mightiest element with help from an outside source. When will these poseurs learn that the secondhand heat from these pitiful materia, runes and the like can never match up to the natural power of the fire that Typhlosion was born with? Looks like he’ll have to teach this amateur a lesson as well. With all kinds of tricks and moves to chip around his opponent's limit attacks, or just muck up his accuracy and mock them instead, the porcupine isn't scared of some pokémon wannabe. It's time to get down to a furious fire fight between these fearsome four-footed fighters, so remember your shades folks, this arena is about to light up like the fourth of July! |
Mathias Nanaki could possibly be mistaken for a Pokemon. Since his type would be closest to fire, it's tough to say who'd win. Yet, I've never seen any Pokemon who could deal damage in the 9000s. Point goes to Red. Nanaki: 37 Yoram
