Season 34, Week 2
Dhaos
(Tales of Phantasia)

This time-traveling alien sorcerer has gone by many names in the past, but now that he's entered the Arena Dhaos is looking to acquire one more: "Champion." Armed with his knowledge of magic and deadly physical artes, the mad Highland Prince Luca should pose no problem for Dhaos to overwhelm. While Dhaos' stoning Tetra Assault will be less effective than normal here, his deadly Meteor Storm remains as fearsome as ever - Luca's vaunted resistances are no defense against that. Dhaos' own physical resilience, meanwhile, remains invulnerable to even Luca's strongest attacks - a regenerative property that only true magic can break. With all that backed by his fabulous agility and supportive magic, Dhaos should have no problem dethroning the false Prince of Highland.

Highland's prince has returned to combat. It's been less than ten seasons since Luca maimed and slaughtered his way through Godlike. Ultimate evil? Angelic world killers? Nothing could slow down Luca Blight's insane charge. Now it's a puny time-traveler? Just a refugee from a dying world, with as little hope of survival as his homeland. All of his so-called otherworldly tricks can't match the highland prince's sword and fire slashes. Call upon the power of your world? You can't stand up to the great Luca Blight with your pathetic combat skills. Any attempts to use his other powers will bring the Beast Rune's infinite powers into play. No matter what route Dhaos chooses, it'll end in him lying in a pool of blood, whimpering and wishing he had never laid eyes on the mad son of Agares Blight.

Dhaos parried yet another one of Luca's sword attacks. Would this madman ever die? He had been pummeled with countless spells and attacks, and didn't look much worse for the wear. While the mad prince couldn't really damage Dhaos, it didn't mean he wasn't going to try and carve himself up a fresh pig anyway.

"Forget this." Dhaos walked over to Luca, and pushed him out of the ring with enough magical energy to make the very floor of the arena crack. "Go pick on someone your own size, I heard Keele and Cinna were having a slapfight in light." The look Luca sent Dhaos was pure murder. "We aren't done, pig. Not by a long shot.. but.." Luca turned on his heel, and went stalking towards the direction of the light arena. "I need to clease my sword of fail."

Dhaos almost pitied Keele and Cinna. Almost.

Dhaos: 34
Luca Blight: 31
