Season 34, Week 2
Seymour
(Final Fantasy X)

Aaaaaaaaahahahahahaha! This is a fine day indeed for the mad maester. This is his first match of an overdue return to the arena, and fate sees fit to send against him a mere machine? Laughable, but a godsend anyway. KOS-MOS might be tough, but she simply doesn't have the firepower to hack through Seymour's terrifying defenses before his quadracast reduces her to a pile of charred circuitry. She shouldn't have the opportunity to buff up her offense before attacking - however, even if the sluggish android gets a turn for such tricks, Seymour can easily cast Dispel before she acts again. Indeed, shredding this heretical device labelled KOS-MOS should be an easy and satisfying start for the Spiran's path to that coveted Godlike title.

The cold objectivity of a robot cuts through all petty emotion and all foolish defilers of logic. Such is the role of KOS-MOS. And this... Seymour Guado character is quite a threat to her sensors - the summoner defies the laws of the world with his very existence in the material world, and he must be eliminated swiftly! KOS-MOS and her X-Buster are the perfect tool to accomplish this, regardless, and upholding the order of existence's very fabric is but her duty. Mechanics and nerve-wrecking precision (alongside some badass karate powers and shiny machinery!) will vanquish this extraneous magical monstrosity - and Seymour's bonfire spells shouldn't cause more than a dent on the Anti-Gnosis' frame, anyway.

Gatewalker
Seymour had a greater agenda in mind then a simple victory in this battle. Before fighting KOS-MOS, the Maester pulled something that one familiar with him may have suspected, but was a great shock to those who only knew him casually.

He asked Shion to marry him.

Smitten with the sheer charisma of the Maester, Shion agreed instantly and they were wed the next day. Shion, of course, called KOS-MOS off, insisting that she wouldn’t have her own creation fighting against her new husband, giving the match to Seymour by default.

Seymour’s other agenda came later, on the wedding night. Various odd noises could be heard for quite a range around the Maester’s mansion, but as KOS-MOS was in Vector Labs for some repairs after a bit of a brawl broke out at the wedding(hey, it’s a Godlike villain getting married. It’s kinda inevitable that some kind of violence is going to interrupt), and the only other people around were Seymour’s own loyal servants, no closer inspection of these odd noises was made.

Nearly a week later, well after Seymour won his ‘match’ against KOS-MOS, the DLPD found Shion’s body in a random raid of the mansion(again, Godlike villain. These guys get their houses/cars/luggage/body cavities searched on a pretty regular basis by the cops). Offical reports state that the Vector engineer seems to have been choked to death after having been tortured brutally by many Xenosaga Episode 3 CDs that had their edges sharpened.

After submitting a copy of the game in question to Judge Mewtwo and the Jury as evidence, Seymour was found to be guilty of Justifiable Homicide and sentenced to pay his own cleaning bill as well as 10 hours of community service. While he wasn’t thrilled about the community service, some things are just worth it.

Seymour: 63
KOS-MOS: 36
