Season 30, Week 3
Lede
(Final Fantasy Tactics)

Assassin. One skilled in the art of killing. Lede is everything an Assassin wants to be: fast, wickedly skilled with blades, and most importantly, second to none at killing or disabling her foe without fail. Whether through Stop Breath, Seal, Shadow Stitch, or Allure, Lede has no reason to give her young Earthling foe a chance to raise his sword against her. And even if he could, it's not going to do much good; Lede's more durable then her slender frame would suggest. Another job, another kill, and another victory, as Lede draws ever closer to a Heavy championship, and to the reputation as the best assassin of them all.

The sword of justice in his hand, a legion of fangirls and Ashton waiting in the stands to cheer him on, Earthling hero Claude has another great challenge ahead of him on the battlefield. The foul Ultima Demon Lede may have evil and dark killer magics, but Claude certainly isn't going to let that stop him from fighting his way back up to Godlike. His quick and explosive sword attacks can take out the dark assassin before she gets any chance to use her evil techniques on him. After finally getting a taste of victory, Claude isn't going to let some worthless shapeshifter get in his way as he strives to reclaim his Godlike position.

Grefter
Lede was offering Claude some tips on how to fix up his short game a little, so Lede and Claude decided that they would have their match a little more private and allow no spectators or judges under a little known clause in the Duelling League format. If both duellists agree to it then it can be arranged, almost nobody takes it up though due to just how much underhanded play there is in the League. Well anyway, Claude lost at golf, but came out all smiles and he was far more proficient with a pitching wedge by the end of the day.

Lede: 63
Claude Kenni: 35

Claude now faces a less powerful opponent then his last opponent, sure Lede knows ultima and an instant death attack, so what? Claude is perhaps one of the most likeable charicters in RPG history and hearing his killer move dialogue never get's old. One mirror slice and Lede is done.
