Welcome to the DL 2 Kefka's rematch with Fou-Lu had been short and bloody, just like befor. But unlike the last time the two met, it was Kefka who ended up on the ground, ripped apart by the dragon god. And he wasn't happy about it. Before he could get very far, Kefka's internal monologue was interrupted - by laughter. A man he'd never seen before, with dark skin and light hair, was laughing at him. Crushing the runt wtih a Havoc Wing was fun, but it didn't improve Kefka's mood. "This isn't over yet!" "It sure is." Appearing in front of Kefka stood a slim young woman with brown hair. Behind her was a another young lady, with ponytailed hair the same color has her broadsword. There were two young men with them - one held an exotic dart that looked like a feather, while a older fellow in an army uniform stood in the back. The younger one spoke up first. "My name's Arnaud. With me are Belial, Raquel, and Augst. We're from Wild ARMs 4, and we're here to make a name for our game. What better way than to end your miserable existance?" "Get the rest of the losers who got trashed this week. Hugo, Lucian, and Genis...I'll fight Lucian, Augst will handle Genis, and Raquel will crush Hugo. For you, loser clown, you get to deal with Belial. She saw what you did to Sycthe, and she's not happy.." "Call in the rest of the losers...and then prepare for your beating." "..My poor Scythe.. you'll pay for that!" |

Tide Arnaud has a plan for every situation. He knows when his team is in a losing position. As such, he devised a brilliant strategy. Seeing as how the runner-ups are also fighting against Team Kefka, naturally they are not exactly inclined to join in the escapades of the crazy clown. On the other hand, they are very much inclined to join the WA4 team in beating the snot of out of Kefka. A bit of persuasion later and Arnaud's got Kefka and the runner-ups killing each other before the bonus match even begins. With only one brutally battered Kefka showing himself, the WA4 team wins having captured 3 wins by default. But of course, like all Arnaud plans, they tend to leave out some tiny bits of detail. In this case, it deals with Belial actually wanting to splatter Kefka, Raquel thinking he doubted her fighting abilities and Augst...well he's making some strange noises, but we'll assume he's displeased too. This leads to the current situation of Arnaud being stuck in 4D space, at least for the next couple of days. Possibly months. Or years. And Raquel isn't exactly on the best of terms with the cocky drifter. So in the end, the WA4 team wins without lifting a finger. Join us next time as Arnaud attempts to free himself from the 4th Dimension AND resolve the issues between him and Raquel (but probably failing horribly and getting impaled by something sharp).
