Nina smiled. "Come on, Bo. I'm sure you can win it. Just think of the prize!"

"Whether or not I win is irrelevant. It's the principle of the thing. No self-respecting canine would come here voluntarily."

Rushing ahead, Blanca felt like a little pup. He could barely contain his excitement as he rushed around, exploring the convention center where the dog show was taking place.

"He certainly seems perky today," said Karin.

"Yeah, how about that?" said Yuri nonchalantly.

Karin glared. "Yuri, you did tell Blanca that this isn't a Wolf Bout, right?"

"Must have slipped my mind..."

"Just one question," said Myau. "What exactly am I supposed to be judging?"

The chaos of the several days after the dog rampage lead to a temporary tightening of freedoms today after an almost unanimous vote by all the people that count. A special squad of policemen will be patrolling the streets and upholding a curfew for both man and animlas in an attempt to prevent any further looting or arson taking place. They have been given KOS orders for anyone that tries to sing such songs as "Who let the dogs out" or anything by one Snoop Doggy Dog.

May our policemen be swift and brutal and such a catastrophic event never repeat itself.
