After outpowering the Wild Child Gau, and outsmarting the legendary White Mage Rosa, Luca is simply going to have to burn his way past this opponent. It's unlikely as hell that he'll be able to do much with his triple slash, as Emily's evasion shuts that down. However, his Fire Slash is going to cause loads of pain, and considering Emily's subpar MDef, and it ignoring physical evasion, Luca has a winning plan to get to the RPGDL finals. |

Emily's Heavy run takes a decidedly nasty run this week, as she draws none other than fellow Suikoverse resident Luca Blight! Luca is an exceptional opponent for the young pugilist, as he may be one of the only fighters out there who can survive multiple rounds against the terror of Emily's eight-strike physical beatdown. This won't change Emily's strategy, however; she'll just to have to beat the Highland prince over and over again, and hope for the best with scoring those devastating critical hits. Nobody's ever won a fast victory against Luca before, however... can Emily be the first? |
tylorh@hotmail.com This looks to be an amazing fight. Great offence paired with good evade against great defence paired with weak offence. And both of them about equally fast, though in different ways. Then you remember that Luca has the Fire Slashes that ignore evade, and it becomes a simple matter of Emily not being able to take it long enough. Luca Blight: 8 Super
