Lady Luck, be kind! Ronfar's signature battle cry seems to have been heard this week as he enters the fray once again, after a reported 15 season hangover. It's vicious rumors like that that motivate Ronfar this week against his opponent, the youngest of the legendary Nina clan. The speedy little girl might pose a problem to some, but not Ronfar. He can easily heal away whatever offense the mage can muster, and while his mace isn't the most damaging thing around, he's still a grown man swinging a blunt object towards a sickly young waif. If that's not enough? Well, there's always a Happy Hour. |

Nina5 is the odd girl out in the line of winged Breath of Fire maidens. Her "wings" don't let her fly at all, this Nina being just an expendable test subject rather than the usual Wyndian princess, and she plays the role of silent companion to a talkative lead instead of the other way around. There's one important detail she shares with her brethren Nina 2, however: instant death magic. Though her Death doesn't have an excellent hitrate on its own, she can cast it multiple times a round, and has more than enough speed to abuse this fact. Certainly more than a slow, weak healer like Ronfar can deal with. |
Taishyr Nina didn't even see Ronfar the day of the duel. You see, Ronfar had spent... a few hours too many down in the bar last night, and didn't remember much after the twentieth vodka shot or so.
