Season 27, Week 1
Kefka
(Final Fantasy VI)

The crazy clown is back! With Luca Blight capturing a Godlike championship, the former -Magitek -general -turned -nihilist -demigod Kefka has returned to show the DL what it truly means to insane, powerful... and the right mixture of both. His first opponent, the "aeon" Jecht, is little more than a bad joke to this jester. Boasting both speed and power beyond what Jecht can dream of in the forms of HyperDrive, Ultima, Havoc Wing, and even double Havoc Wing assaults, this clown's on his way to a championship, and no inferior entertainer can even hope to slow him down!

After one failed attempt, the blitzball superstar Jecht tries again to make an impact in Godlike by trouncing the insanely powerful mad clown Kefka. The two fighters are complete opposites in duelling styles; while Kefka relies on his devilish ball-lightning offense to win matches, Jecht's usual strategy is to outlast his opponent with his impressive durability. This strategy will be put to a real test here, but the blitzer is no stranger to epic slugfests. Jecht should be able to outslug the frail clown with his massive sword and the Sublimely Magnificent Jecht Shot Mark III. After all... Jecht IS the best!

Monstrous durability can only get you so far. Jecht might have a lot more staying power than the mad clown, but Kefka's got far more offense right off the bat. And since Kefka is *much* faster to boot...well let's just say that Jecht's going to be more of a punching bag than a threat.

Kefka: 90
Jecht: 34

Quite a season this is looking to be, and Kefka look's to fall to Jecht, with his vastly superior stat's and attack power, allthough Aeons tend to get absorbed by Kefka Jecht is far too powerful for that, Terra and her team may have taken out Kefka before, but it would be impossible for them to do so against Jecht, with his crushing power.
