Einlazer shall keep shining. With the blood of a freshly exterminated rat coating his sword, Garai brings it to bear against the Elven warrior Artea. This fight won't be much tougher than his last. Garai's triplecut and willbreaker techs will force Artea on the defensive far too often, forcing the elf to heal himself constantly. On the few openings Artea gets, his normally fearsome Zap attack will fail to scare Garai, who is not only durable but also White-innate. It will be a long war of attrition, but Garai is sure to eventually wear down his pointy-eared opponent and eventually score a kill. |

Crackling with magical energy and the grace and agility typical of his kind, Artea has been nothing but impressive in garnering his first DL win. His match against Garai will be little different. Relying on breakneck speed and near-infinite healing, the surprisingly hardy elf will focus on keeping alive while poking or smacking Garai when he gets the chance. With the Silver Mail's MP restoration IP gives Artea as many uses of Champion as he needs, even those as scarily powerful as a Dragoon should fear the power of the ninety-pound elf and his limitless resources. |
superaielman Artea's damn good at destroying the undead. Between Zap and the skills he shows in the Shrine of Vengence, he's got all the tools needed to put down even the most restless of spirits. In this case, neither Zap or the ability to deal with angry spirits is what's needed. A Zirco Rod to the face with a lot of healing mixed in was plenty to down Garai, even if it took a painfully long time to win. Garai: 29 |
