Season 24, Week 2
Hector
(Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword)

He held his own against a far superior old pirate, Fargus, during his adventures, so Hector enters the arena for his fight against Drachma with his usual brash, confident demeanor - and with good reason. While not as fast as his fellow lords, Hector's is still quick enough to allow him to double-turn the sluggish old Drachma, allowing him to use his incredible strength twofold. Hector will be finished if he lets Drachma live long enough to use Hand of Fate, but he will have no trouble putting striking the killing blow before that point, nor shrugging off Drachma's lesser offense and countering it should Drachma try to outslug him. With Ostian steel held high, Hector will begin his tear through Heavy.

A salty old fisherman is one thing any seafarer with more bravado than sense learns to fear very soon, and Drachma is a fine example of why. Tougher than the most stubborn leather, stronger than a shark, and armed with a gigantic mechanical hand, Drachma isn't someone you want to meet in a dark alley. Hector, brash axe-swinging noble that he is, is about to learn that an open arena isn't that much better than the alley. Strong as Armads may be, Drachma can shrug off Hector's blows as if they were a pleasant sea breeze, and not even the thickly armored Lord of Ostia will be able with withstand the Hand of Fate. It's smooth sailing and pleasant seas ahead, and Drachma will savor every minute of it.

Hector knew he was in for a rough battle. He's heard a lot about old Drachma and how ruthless he can be in and out of the ring. Drachma was a pirate, and Hector knew he had to be on his guard

As the two of them stepped into the arena, Hector positioned himself into a battle stance, ready to intercept and counter strike the old pirate's on coming attacks. To his surprise however, Drachma only stood still as if in deep focus.

Minute after minute, the tension in the arena built up as the two fighters stared down each other, neither making the first move. Finally, Hector took a step back, before lunging forward, Axe-first, into an offense.

Drachma just him in the face with his Hand of Fate. Real Hard.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Sadly, an axe to the face doesn't always win >_>
