With a Godlike victory under her belt, Lulu moves on to face her next challenge with great determination, but also great trepidation. After all, no recently upgraded Godlike has ever gotten past the second round. Still, if there's one thing that Lulu has learned from being in Yuna's entourage, it's that unescapable patterns are meant to be broken. And break them she will, along with her foe. Melfice may be fast and hard-hitting, but Lulu's no slouch in the damage department either. A few Doublecast Flares will put the less than durable Grandia boss down, and with Wailing Soul Slash hitting her surprisingly good defense, she'll get the chance to hurl those Flares at him in a tight package of whoop-ass. |

The Horn of Valmar's superiority over Shadow Hearts remains intact, with Melfice's crushing victory over Kato. His glories being sung to the heavens yet again, this battle tested veteran of the Duelling League arena now looks to put away a woman who can barely even lift a sword, though she did manage to smash that pathetic excuse for a King of the Devils, Zeon. The black magess Lulu is certainly a foe that will be receiving Melfice's full attention... and woe be her for it. Lulu is incredibly slow and relies on evasion, a bad mix against one of Godlike's swiftest duellers. A few evade-ignoring Wailing Soul Slashes will put Lulu in her place and once again send Melfice to a deserved spot in the semifinals. |
Tide Melfice is ludicrously fast, has buffers and deals significant amounts of damage along with Evasion ignoring techs. Don't see Lulu winning this. Lulu: 14 |
