Season 3, Week 1
Bow
(Breath of Fire II)

Bow's not an ordinary dog; most dogs don't carry around crossbows and sport healing/support magic, yet Bow somehow does. With his Def-Up spell, he takes hits better than most dogs, and can even restore his wounds with his plentiful curing spells. But unlike most dogs, Bow can take things out without the use of his teeth. Shot is very reliable instant death, and Bow should be able to last until it takes effect. Does Bow deserve a treat after winning this match?

Hailed as one of the weakest mains ever, Virginia Maxwell is...well, she is fairly weak. While her Fire Medium offers a few useful skills, such as a fire elemental attack, a defense lowereing spell, and a non-elemental attack, it's not as much variety as one would hope for from a main. Her HP and defense also make Luc's physical attack look powerful. However, she does have great speed and evade, which does help to improve her longevity significantly. Also, if she can last long enough, a 10-hit Gatling should do her opponent in, even with her low phyiscal prowess. Still, she's in for an uphill battle against most opponents.

Bow and Virginia, for the first few minutes, traded shots back and forth. Bow's carefully aimed shots kept getting disrupted by Virginia's rapid and random firing. Bow, of course, was getting frustrated by all this. So he did what came naturally for him...

...he went for her leg, gnawing and biting at it for nearly a minute. Afterwards, Virginia dropped both her guns and ran crying out of the arena, looking for Doctor Huan to give her rabies shots.
