Season 2, Week 5
Menardi
(Golden Sun)

Menardi's not a in a bad position coming into this match. Having stepped over a legendary hero, a goddess, and a wise man to get to the finals, she's almost wondering if this will be the punchline of some stupid joke. However, no matter what you may think about her, Menardi is no joke. Death Seize, her notorious instant death attack, has the nasty tendency to deal good damage when it cannot exterminate someone outright. As well, her Impacted physical attacks, and fire magic almost finish rounding her out when you reach Wish. Menardi is truly a well-rounded character when it comes down to power, and with the goal so close, she's not about to let up now.

Songi comes into this match with a load off his mind. Necron was a hurdle that many thought he could not overcome, and now he faces a foe who may be his downfall. Menardi can match Songi's damage output. As well, Songi is worried about how he stacks up in the HP department against her. Still, his trusty Genocidal Cannon and Biron martial art skills will keep him in the game. His hope of victory rests on destroying Menardi before she uses Death Seize and her Impacted physicals to crush him like those that came before.

If Legend of Legaia has taught us nothing else, it's that girls beat up boys. Noa is the best PC by any length, and she beat up Songi.

Thus, Songi throws the match before he gets slapped into oblivion.
