Season 19, Week 1
Miguel
(Chrono Cross)

Once upon a time, he was a simple fisherman living in a seaside village. Now, he is an agent of FATE fighting for the greatest prize there is, the Godlike Championship. He'll have his work cut out for him right from the beginning, though - Kefka is a formidable offensive force, but one that Miguel can beat. With his high speed and substantial defense, Miguelwill have the time he needs to get Strong Minded in play, turn the field against his frail foe and strike him down with the Holy Dragon Sword. After all, no matter how much damage can take out, it won't take many hits to down him.

Kefka has taken time off from working RPG birthday parties to return to the arena, ready to seize the Godlike championship he so rightly deserves. Though Kefka's side job might have you thinking otherwise, make no mistake: there'll be no clowning around once the fight starts! Even Miguel will be hard-pressed to outfight the destruction caused by Kefka's feathery Havoc Wing, or the pure unbridled devastation of Ultima. Divine sword or no, Miguel will fall like so many others have to the madman, giving Kefka a whole extra week to work on his true calling, balloon animals, before his next bout.

Kefka just neecds to cast a couple spells on Miguel to gain a quick upperhand. Under the asumption that he is not allowed to use Fallen One or Revenger, he could start the match with a couple of Havoc Wings.

If Miguel somehow survives long enough to cut Kefka's HP in half, Kefka can use Goner followed by a Fire/Bolt/Ice 3. Miguel should be near death and Kefka can finish him off with Ultima.
