Season 18, Week 3
Chaos
(Final Fantasy)

The evil master of elements has conquered one foe with his mighty magics, and Celes is next. With his command over earth, the Crack spell will form the cornerstone of his strategy. He needs little more than this vicious ability, which instantly slays even the hardiest foe. That's not all, though; the super-potent Cure 4 fully restores his HP, Fast strengthens his already crushing physical attack, and the dreaded Nuke hits for catastrophic damage. Celes might be able to cast a few pretty spells and swing a sword, but her power is no match for a real master of magic.

Celes Chere silenced a lot of her doubters last week with a hard-fought victory over old-school archvillain Necrosaro. She'll have to do one better this week, though, as she squares off against one of the oldest RPG archvillains of all! Luckily for Celes, she has just the weapon needed to take the leader of the Fiends down: her Flare spell, which bypasses Chaos' impressive defences and elemental resistances. All she needs to do is hold out longer than her foe in a damage race, and with her above-average speed and solid durability, that's a feat well within the grasp of the Magitek General.

Two nukes and down goes the general! Chaos must be wondering how these unworthies dare show their faces in his division.

In his terrifying glory, he is truly comparable to the gods; mundane magic knights should pursue other divisions for fights that they can hope to win.
