Jude Maverick finally makes an appearance in the RPGDL, the last of his group to fight in the arena. His first foe, Porom, has proven herself to be a fine fighter, having elevated herself from Light last season after a spectacular championship. But now, all her weaknesses will come back to haunt her, as Jude plays to every one of them perfectly. The psychotic speed that characterizes Jude's fighting style will be what clinches the battle. With a single Assault Buster, Jude can easily crush the poor, frail girl; if she survives, Jude's quick enough to fire off another shot (or two)before she can react to his barrage. There's not much Porom can do to fend off the much cooler Jude as he pushes his way to the top of the Middle pile this season. |

Porom just keeps on getting easy matches. After a lifetime of dealing with Palom, she is far too good at handling little brats like Jude to be stopped by one now! Holy will tear apart Jude's pathetic magical defenses, while her selection of healing and stat buffs will keep her healthy and able to trade blows against Jude's relatively weak ARM. Jude's speed advantage won't help him much here, as there's little he can do with it; nor will his array of skills assist him. Sooner or later Jude will be ran out of HP still trying to keep pace with Palom's constant Cures, and that will spend the doom for the Gene Driver. Will Palom tear Middle into shreds as badly as Light? If this match is any indication, things don't look good for her fellow competitors! |
Tide Jude's magic defense is the thing of the legends. Porom's physical defense is also the thing of the lengends. Both can hit each other's weaker defensive stat. The difference? Jude is faster. That's enough to buy him the first turn and a one-two punch combo with a physical and Silver Launcher. Hence, Jude shoots first. Welcome to Middle Porom. Jude Maverick: 49 |
