Lani has a decent physical and some water magic. Not what you'd call impressive.. but this is light! You don't need great skills to win here, as Lani proved with her victory over the always sad Chu-Chu last week. Her boss HP and status immunites are going to be a major problem for the fragile, status-using Elly, and with enough whacks of her axe, the bounty hunter could score a second win. |

Elly doesn't have much to fear from Lani. Her high ether defense will reduce Lani's magic to mere scratches, and her own Deathblows are more than enough to put a serious hurting on Lani. Elly should be able to avenge Chu-Chu with ease, making it to her second RPGDL light title match along the way. |
Sage Acrin Lani was rather surprised to enter the arena to a Elly dressed in a similar costume to her own, sporting a obviously hastily-made combination of one of her Rods and a massive blade. "What's going on here?" Lani asked...but, as soon as the words left her mouth, a strange humming sound could be heard. Elly, with amazingly fast speed, lept up and over Lani, kicking Lani's back so that she stumbled into the same spot Elly was standing a few moments before. In the stunned silence, a large vortex of light could be seen enveloping Lani. As it ended, Lani stared blankly for a moment, before falling over to the ground. "I...uhhhmm...kind of got into a fight with Fei, last night. I figured this would be the easiest way to handle it. He always calms down after beating something up..." Lani: 3 |
