The Goddess Althena has seen the history of the world, through the eyes of the divine and those of a mortal. But never before has she seen something her foe finds quite common: a gun. Despite her lack of technical knowledge, though, Luna shouldn't have much of a problem taking down Mustadio. With nothing more than a handy pair of darts, Luna can easily match the weak engineer blow for blow. And even though she's strong enough to go toe-to-toe with her opponent this week, she can use the power of her songs to heal herself and damage her foe from range, winning any war of attrition and making his paralyzing Leg Aim useless. A beautiful song of victory will resound upon the fall of Luna's first foe this season!

After staying on the sidelines for many a season, the gunner from Goug finally returns to the arena in an attempt to improve his less than stellar dueling record. With a Mithril Gun in one hand and the sleep-protecting Defense Ring in the other, Mustadio has everything he needs to take down even a goddess; or at least, a goddess in the non-too-threatening form of a village singer. Of course, the healing powers of Luna’s songs may be a problem for the engineer and his rather sub-par damage, but that’s nothing a few well-placed Arm Aims can’t handle. And considering how long this match might take, he will have enough chances to get a lucky string of successful potshots despite his infamous accuracy.
Jo'ou Ranbu Mustadio brought his handy gun to the arena, completely confident of its ability to take down a simple backwater town singing lady. It was something he didn't like to do - such an uncouth behavior, to harm a young girl! - but hey, such is life in the DL.
When the match began, Luna started singing a gentle melody. Mustadio shook his head. "This is a serious battle, miss. Singing... isn't a good thing to do right now".
Luna just kept singing. Mustadio then waited. When she finished her song, he was in awe. She had a truly marvelous voice. But alas... he still shot her on the chest. He followed the course of the bullet sharply...
... just to see the shot bonking off Luna's dress. Luna yawned and smirked. "Nice shot. Now, let me see what I can do with MY ammo".
And she shot a dart towards Mustadio. It hit the gun's pipe.
Next thing you know, the gun went off on a comical, cartoony fashion, and Mustadio went down instantly. Suddenly, Ramza went towards Mustadio and started prancing like a moron while screaming "A Phoenix Down! Somebody bring me a Phoenix Down!".
Fortunately, that pathetic match had for spectators only the judges, who were submitted to brainwashing after it anyway. Some things are just too sad to remain on the records of the Duelling League.
