Season Fourteen beckons, dear readers! It's the start of another season, with a whole new cast of both familiar and new faces ready to prove their mettle only here at the RPGDL!

Before you check out Season Fourteen, make sure you check out Last Week's Results for the results of week six of Season Fourteen. Are there new faces in the divisions? How did the team match turn out? The only way to find out, dear readers, is to check it out inside.

After that, make sure you don't miss Season Fourteen's First Week! It's a fight between two mages in Light, as Leonian queen Lyonesse faces off against Shining Force mage Tao - will Lyonesse's clerical skills outdo Tao's penchant for burning things? In Middle, Lord Eliwood must do battle with one of his own allies - the mercenary Raven! Will Raven turn on his friend, or will Eliwood prove that he can fight on his own? Meanwhile, Heavyweights Cloud and Bruiser square off in a titanic battle in what is typically the DL's most heavily-contested division. Will either Cloud or Bruiser emerge from the melee alive and well, or will both be put out of commission? In Godlike, Lavos and Necron, well-known final bosses of two popular games, find themselves face-face - which destroyer of worlds will rise above them all?

But wait, there's more! Go check out The RPG Strategy League, and check out how the World of Balance is holding up. Was Leo able to break the will of the retainers of Doma, or was he foiled in his attempt to destroy the ancient stronghold? Did Setzer and Locke make their way through Zozo to find Terra, or were the hordes of unfriendly inhabitants able to thwart them? The fate of the world hangs in the balance, and only you can decide its future!

And as always, we'd appreciate it if you stopped by the RPGDL Forums, and registered an account. Come on: it only takes a couple seconds. Once you've done that, you can take part in any discussion, debate, or general chatter you feel like. Don't be a nobody: get involved!

Now, I think it's time to get back to normal with the Behind the Scenes episodes - I'd like to turn everything over to Miss Chisato for a hopefully more normal and fulfilling Behind the Scenes adventure:
Now, you may be wondering why we haven't actually started this episode yet. Apparently, the idiot who writes this every week had something more important to do at the moment. Don't worry though: once he's back from wherever the hell he went, this show will finally get underway. And it'll be good: scout's honour.
...how can you do the scout's honour thing when you don't even have any hands?
...
...
What the hell are you two babbling about?! Get back to work!
Grah, isn't it wonderful to have the boss back? My heart beats with such joy...
You don't have a heart; you're kind of missing that entire section of your body.
Look whose talking about not having a heart - did you even think of getting me anything for Mortemas Day?
Mortemas Day?
It's the day when people shower me with gifts and praise for trying to keep their show afloat after the host vanishes on a, might I add, pathetic attempt at world domination.
I am not talking about this here. Get back to work!
Yes ma'am...lousy wench.
Heh...yeah, stupid wench. Dumb red-head.
*sigh* Time for your weekly dose of feminist beatdown, is it Odin?
...crap.
Mmmm...I love a good fight.
Don't expect it to be good, or long...more along the lines of one-sided and brutal. But hey, those are fun to watch too.
Ershin requests we move along.
Oh, we're moving along...we're just waiting for the writer to actual advance the text a little. Supposedly, this useless banter helps lighten the mood, but it doesn't look like it's affected Chisato at all.
Twister! Special Attack: Rising Dragon! Tear Gas! Whirlwind! Preparation! Burning Cards!
Oh me! Oh me! My spleen! My kidney!
Kidney? Shouldn't that be plural?
...I lost a bet a week ago.
Oh. My condolences.
Ershin DEMANDS we move along!
I think I agree with the trash can. Odin, man the cameras!
I...I'm kind of missing an arm, here.
And your point would be....
...none, ma'am.
Good boy. Now, on with the show! Welcome back, my loyal sla...er, fans! We're back to normal - or whatever constitutes for normal around here. I'm Chisato Madison, your Behind the Scenes reporter. Ultros won't be joining us this week as a crewmember, due to his appearance in the DL's Heavy division this week - but hey, maybe he'll make an appearance as one of our potential interviewees.
Uh...nope. He's not on the list.
...he's not? Who are the Heavy guests, then?
Looks like...spikey-hair and some roughguy.
Cloud and Rudy? Hm...well, let's boot one of them. Hm...anyone have a coin to flip?
Take it.
Thanks Mr. Nanjo. Oh, and might I add, that speech you gave last week at Oxford was oustanding.
Naturally.
Well, yes, let's flip the coin and get on our way. And....heads. Ok, Rudy, you're gone.
.......!!!!
Hah, I win. Pay up, Moppy.
Win what? There's gambling going on in my studio?
Oh, Odin over here just made a bet with me that you wouldn't use the launcher until Week Two. I said you'd use it as soon as possible - you've been gone from it so long and all.
...so for one moment, I thought she had a heart - sue me.
Alright, enough useless banter. Let's bring out our first two guests...from Middle, please welcome Lord Eliwood and chaos!
That's all for the moment...hey, tomorrow there'll be actual content...don't worry!
