Judecca, is quite simply, sadistic. An Odessa member with hardly any morals, he revels in the pain and suffering of others, chuckling to himself until his glasses start to fall off. However, do not underestimate the threat he poses as a member of the Special Cocytus Squad. Despite being absolutely bonkers, he is a master marksman, wielding three kinds of guns at once: Sidewinder for the mentally weak, Douglas for those who won't stand still, and his prized possession, the devastating Miriam.
