His True Holy Rune gives him breakneck speed- this Elven archer is among the fastest characters in the Suikoden universe.

Stallion has one trait and one trait only- speed. Lots and lots of it. He may be the fastest person in the league proper. He's certainly the fastest in Light, home of the slow fighter and slower mage. With typical elven accuracy with his arrows, he's definitely got the offense to scary many a fighter in DL Light.
