Rohde is a professional and intelligent historian, and at first he has his doubts on the capabilities of the Shining Force, but his wisdom prevails and he helps the Force obtain the Caravan. Once he does that, he captains the Caravan for a while, but then finds an interesting device that can help him be an asset in battle. He is a Brassgunner, which can usually only be obtained using a special item. But Rohde is a special guy! Although he has no wins in his DL history, Rohde isn’t a bad fighter.
