The finest warrior in the village of Bustoke, Zylo stood in the way of Runefaust's conquering forces. Unfortunately, he was drugged into a state of madness, forcing the villagers to lock him up until the Shining Force came, routed the invading forces, and found the ingredients necessary to brew a cure for him. In gratitude, Zylo lent his aid to Max and the rest of the Force in their fight against Darksol's forces.

With the lands of Guardiana now safe, Zylo has joined much of his fellong Shining Force members in entering the Duelling League, hoping to refine his fighting skills in preparation for any new dangers that may arise in the future.
