The Vulpes race is rare even amongst the eclectic mix of species that dwell in the world of Shining Force. One of their few well known members is Alef, a magician in service to the kingdom of Prompt. She was part of the forces sent to stop Darksol from raising the Castle of the Ancients, but they were defeated, unfortunately. Afterwards, she and Torasu, the only survivors of the battle, joined the Shining Force to hellp save the world.
