Though portly, lazy, and a bit of a coward, Rhett must be retaining something from Sgt. Joe's tirades, because he swings a mean axe. Although Rhett isn't too big on focused training, surviving daily life at Budehuc Castle may be all the training he needs. Fleeing in terror from a hungry Hallec has given Rhett very swift feet, and the Sergeant's surprise drills at dawn always cause some panicked flapping of wings. Luckily for him, this has given Rhett surprisingly quick hands, which allow him to swing his axe several times in the blink of an eye.

His cowardly visage will never strike fear into the hearts of his opponents, but perhaps that is what makes him so devastating. Enemies may find it easy to understimate him, but they usually meet the unfriendly end of his axe. Most opponents know better now, since Rhett took Light by storm and earned his way into the Middle division. Whether he can make the same kind of mark on Middle remains to be seen, but between Sgt. Joe and Hallec, he'll always be in beak condition.
