Kwanda Rosman is one of the generals of the Scarlet Moon Empire during the war against the Liberation Army. He is brutal and efficient on the battlefield, and will do any means necessary to achieve victory. He is especially menacing after given the Black Rune by Windy, and turns to invoking violence among the kobolds, elves, and dwarves. However, once he is snapped out of the vicious hands of the Black Rune, he joins the Toran Liberation Army’s cause and is a valued asset ever since then. He has made quite a mark on the DL as well, beating Simone of Suikoden II fame and the Fire Emblem archer Wil. Although he never claimed himself a championship, he is still a dueller worthy of respect.
