Businessman, leader and genius. All these terms describe the personality that is Guido Kandori, head of the SEBEC corporation, and the only man with the strength of will to wield Nyarlathotep himself as his Persona. A talented economist as well as skilled shooter and swordsman, Guido's abilities have brought him far in both life and death. But when he went up against the power of Nate Nanjo and several other high school juniors, Guido met his match, and finally realized that he was missing something: true fulfillment in life. His death was marked with sadness, but happiness at the fact that he finally found the answer he was searching for.

Unfortunately, his past actions wouldn't let him go so easily. Brought back from the dead by Nyarlathotep, he worked with Wang Long Churizu to bring about the chaos of rumours surrounding the city of Sumaru. He once again met Nate, and in Nate, he once more saw what he really wanted to have achieved in his previous life slapping him in the face: friendship, and a sense of fulfillment. At the bottom of the Undersea Ruins, Kandori and Chizuru engaged both Maya's companions, including Nate and Ellen, as well as the Paradox Boy, Tatsuya Suou. After his defeat, Guido's mind was finally freed, and his soul was finally able to rest in peace.

In the DL, Guido's history was short. He initially did battle in Season 11, not long after his initial ranking, and defeated the stunning Queen Zeal in the blink of an eye. However, the Wise Man Rashidi was able to down Guido. Since then, Guido has left the RPGDL, stopping in the NR occasionally to prove his strength, but mostly he wanders now, looking for his destiny.
