Well, most ghosts are. Pamela Ibis isn't really a frightening looking ghost so much as she is adorable and naive with a penchant for things that are as cute as she is. Scaring new students with her own unique blend of cuteness and incorporealness has been her MO at Al-Revis academy for a very, very long time.

But there is more to Pamela than meets the eye. Ms. Ibis is a subtle manipulator and has a sadistic streak that leads her to enjoy tearing foes apart with her teddy bear. With her ghostly nature granting her immunity to physical damage and her ability to absorb the life force of her enemies while fully healing herself, Pamela Ibis instills far more fear than most of her foes can handle.
