Tourney of Random Events 2017- Noms?

So it's been a couple years or so since we had one of these.  Don't really have many ideas ahead of time for events, but hey, never stopped me before.

I'll be hand picking based on my own assumptions of general vote draw and the like, so we'll open it up for 10 noms a piece if you're so inclined.  As usual, please restrict noms to fictional characters, although fictionalized characters are kosher.  For example, no to William Shatner, but yes to William Shatner in those travel commercials.
