HP: Lose all of these and people start laughing at you.  You don't want that do you?
MP: Use these to cast the spells that makes the peoples fall down.
ATC: Determines physical damage.
DEF: Reduces damage from physical attacks.
AGL: Speed.  Also affects evasion, I believe.
MEN: Determines magical damage.
RES: Reduces damage from magical attacks.
LUC: Obligatory luck stat.  Probably affects critical rates or something.
NOA: Number of attacks.

Stats are taken at level 44.  Damage was tested on Rig Horns in the final dungeon.

Every character has a Limit.  I'll denote these by (L).  They are charged up by using basic physicals.  They are increased more than normal if an enemy is defeated by an attack.  Eyeballing it, I'd say 16-20 attacks are needed to fully charge it.

Quarker (60): Negates 1 magic attack.
Amelian (70): 629 fire (?) magic damage, MT.
Cyanic (40): Restores all HP, MT.
Rubean (15): Removes all enemies from battle, 100%.  No EXP/Silver/items are rewarded.
WindDirk (L): 215 physical damage, MT.  322 after Vigor.
