Notes
1. Rings: I tested on Normal and Technical. Normal because I find technical perfects a bit constantly difficult to consider; the advantages of technical is that buffs and non-full healing are advanced, which helps Yuri and Lucia, and Keith and Anastasia to smaller degrees. Relative damage doesn’t change. Technical ring effects/damages are listed within brackets.

2. Status and buffs last 5 turns. When inflicted by PCs, Stone is killer, paralysis prevents an enemy from acting, poison does minor damage, high poison does 1/3 max HP, and seal prevents both magical and physical techs from being used. Characters can block Instant Death, Stone, Paralysis, Poison, and Silence with storebought blockers. They can also block Ring Ailments, which could be viewed as Blind. They can also block SP halving, which makes them go Berserk (This could be viewed as Berserk resistance).

3. Speed lasts are a somewhat approximations because whatever method the game uses for calculating speed is a little weird. This weird gets really obvious at the very high speed, where a small difference can result in a small change.

4. Charge Times are approximations, just like the speed. I tested pretty thoroughly so they should be generally accurate (hopefully within 1-3% of the actual amount). If the charge times is above 100%, the character’s next turn is sped up by that amount. Below 100% means their next turn is lagged by that amount.

4. Defenses cut 1 damage off attacks irregardless of the number of hits in the attack. They don’t effect statuses. Elemental innates cuts their element by 25% and are 25% to the opposing element.

Damage Note: I'm using a three turn average. Basically, techs with recharge are used on turn 3, and once the MT Buffing comes up, that is factored in if it helps overall. Generally, I'm using the 2 lowest damage characters (Usually Ana and Lucia) as using the MT buffing. When available, Yuri's first turn is often going to Energy Charge.

Levels: Levels partially depend on how often you get all perfect rings. I more often didn't.

For those that allow things based on plot/side-quest specifics, here's a few things people might allow the characters:

Karin:

P-Attack Down 4 - Obtained from beating Guardian, the boss of Karin's Sword Art Character Quest.



Blanca:

Seal 1 - From the Wolf Bout fight against Jerome (fight #3 in chronological order).
Petrify 2 - From the Wolf Bout fight against Caravan (fight #9 in chronological order).
P-Defense Down 3 - From the Wolf Bout fight against Matsunaga (fight #11 in chronological order).
Sp-Attack Down 4 - From the Wolf Bout fight against Wolfman (fight #15 in chronological order).  This is the biggest, because you get this the same time as Blanca's ultimate weapon.
Instand Death 3 - From the Wolf Bout fight against the first Lobo (fight #12 in chronological order).  Useless if you allow...
Instant Death 4 - From the Wolf Bout fight against the second Lobo (fight #14 in chronological order).
Stolas Crest (Cure Plus, Arc Heal, Arc Cure) - From the Wolf Bout fight against Eleanor (fight #10 in chronological order).  This is essentially a useless allowance, unless you're letting him conserve more resources in a duel.
Zagan Crest (Rock Rot, Rock Storm, Earth Resist, Rock Strike) - Prize from Ernest for getting 6 Paw Prints.



Gepetto:

Baal Crest (Air Resist, Gale Crest, Rock Crest) - Obtained from beating Baal, the boss of Gepetto's character quest.


Joaquim:

Priest Earrings (MP Consumption -20%) - Obtained from beating Peach Bat, a solo fight involving Joaquim for his second-best weapon.



Lucia:

Gaap Crest (Earth Resist, Rock Crest, Gale Crest - Obtained by beating Gaap, the boss of Lucia's character quest.
Paralysis 4 - Obtained by beating Gaap, the boss of Lucia's character quest.



Anastasia:
Orobas Crest  (Aqua Resist, Hail Crest, Red Crest) - Obtained by beating Orobas, the boss of Anastasia's character quest.
Crucifix - This one of four is obtained by beating Orobas, the boss of Anastasia's character quest.



Kurando:
Oracle Earrings (+20% Max MP) - Obtained by beating Hotoke Garan, the boss of Kurando's weapon character quest.
Seal 4 - Obtained by beating the second Kouenki, the boss required to get Jutendouji.



Results:
Karin can get a little more time against those who use mainly physicals.
Blanca turns into a crazy-insane status whore with healing and good damage, and a bevy of Earth-elemental spells.
Gepetto gets Air Resist and a couple of Crest Spells, I don't know whether these would out-damage his specials or not.
Joaquim...  Really doesn't change.  He's never hurting for MP by the time a battle is over.
Lucia gets actual damage and a nice status, turns her from a Puny to a respectable Light.
Anastasia becomes the second cast member immune to status, as well as getting another element to attack with against the status immune.
Kurando - Something to do against mostly mages, and maybe another shot of Heavenquake to go with it.

Time for the MOST IMPORTANT boss!

Party stats: Level 12, ~18 Agl, ~137 HP, ~51 Def, ~44 MDef
Damage is probably around 80-90 (didn't test precisely). However, using combos drives this up enormously (something Dhyer doesn't note for the bosses he got) and makes a two-rounding easy provided the player hits all rings.

Andre

830 HP
~18 Agl (went after Yuri/Karin, but before Joachim/Gepetto)
Takes 25% extra from ice/water, 25% less from fire
Vulnerable only to Defence Down

Fake Ring - 56 physical + 100% Fake Ring
Blaze - 56 fire magic
Cash Steal - Steals 10% of opponent's money. Fast recharge time.

Comments: Standard SH2 boss with few tricks, which is a raw deal. He's a bit faster than most, at least. Average damage to both defences is cool, the durability less so. If you see Fake Ring acting as a "target randomly fails actions" status that helps, especially against healers. The giant pussy can chew some scrubs as a High Light.

Okay, I wanted to set the record straight on this, since it's misleading at best.

This last playthrough, I fought 45 battles in Idar Flamme total, which raised me from 25 (same as Dhyer, eyeballing hia HP... which looks to be ~24 for Veronica but she gives a level) to 31, close to 32. Granted, two of these fights were against 2x Mother Filaria, who between them give just shy of an extra level, and probably around 6-7 more were against the 4-6x Gigafilaria, who give between a quarter and a third of a level each. The regular randoms do indeed give about 10% of a level, which I assume is where Dhyer got the number he did, but it ignores the effect of fighting the Gigafilaria fixed encounters which block various paths in the dungeon. (Incidentally, the player has no reason to avoid these and may in fact wish to fight them if she knows one is nearby: they are as quick/easy as regular randoms, but give 3x the rewards.)

To gain only 3 levels in Idar Flamme (1 of which is gained from the two unavoidable minibosses), that implies to me that he fought the minimum number of Gigafilaria (I believe 3) and then about 15-20 randoms on top of that (assuming he was barely 24 for Veronica and close to 29 for Rasputin). The only way to have numbers that low in such a large dungeon is to use the most direct through the Idar Flamme possible, ignoring most if not all treasure, which, to me at least, is pretty inconsistent with what we take bosses against in general.

Note that 31 was arrived at by using a map to get through the place, so that I didn't waste time exploring corners of the dungeon that lacked treasure. Last playthrough where I made a point to explore everything, I was a couple levels higher.

Regardless, note that 4 extra levels gives about +60 HP to the parties which face Rasputin and Nicolai 1, as well as a small boost to speed (probably 8-10%) and damage, although by far the bigger factor in damage is whether the player uses any or all of: combos, Moon x Ocean, Technical Ring, Mind's Eye, Third Keys. It's worth nothing that the number Dhyer posts pretty much assumes "no" to all of these, which I find leads to a completely alien damage scale but to each their own; these debates were hashed out enough in the DL in years past. There's also a smaller level boost that carries over for Garan and Saki, enough that they miss 2HKOing (outside Saki's OHKO Energy Charge).
