Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits

Welcome to Arc the Lad 4, a previously ranked game that now exists with only 3 people ranked!  For those still interested (all two of you), here's lots of info upcoming.

Statistics:
HP: Duh
SS: MP, basically
ATT: Physical attack power
DEF: Physical defense power
MNT: Magic attack and defense power
SPD: Speed, action order, etc.
CNT: Counter attack rate
HIT: Accuracy rating
GRD: Guard rating...this is the chance to defend an attack.  Defense reduces the damage by 50%
TNS: Tension Gauge build-up rate...the higher it is, the faster the tension gauge builds up.  Once full, a character's ATT, SPD, CNT, HIT, GRD, AVO and CRI improve significantly.  Unlike limit breaks, this is easy to access; even Paulette with her low TNS rate will access a full gauge at low-moderate HP ( assuming no healing, of course ).  The higher it is, the faster and more often it'll fill.  Note that damage is less important in filling this than the number of times the character gets targetted.
AVO: Evasion rate...slightly higher than what the numbers might indicate
CRI: Critical hit rate...note that it's higher than what the natural numbers indicate

All stats are taken at level 40

Equipment:
There's a lot to cover here:
1) Characters have 6 slots for equipment: 3 on their weapon, and 3 on their armour. There's both storebought and unique stuff. I'll list storebought stuff here, and unique stuff in the individual character's stat set. This SHOULD be all of it, but if not, tell me:

2) Kharg and Darc share several accessories. Now, most people subscribe to the "2 = unique" rule, and so would allow them. If you don't...meh, I'm listing them anyway under both characters, so debate that how you will. It's "legal" by what most people use, so they'd probably be allowed to use them. I've marked which items are "plot-specific" to each character, ie, what ones can be found ONLY in their respective chapters, so that's another way to view it ( these two do have some very powerful accessories ).

3) There is no "best" set-up for any character.  Now, to do averages and damage tests and the like, however, I put what I felt was their best set-up.  I prioritized usefulness of unique accessories first, and for storeboughts, I went with prioritizing attack and defense first, with stuff like Critical coming secondary.  Everyone has 1 stone bag as default.  Note that...I wouldn't take these 100%, I'd just use them as defaults if no changing is needed ( I'd probably prefer natural stats for averages, and then arbitrarily base it off of scaled versions of equipped stats...but that's me ).

4) Kharg and Darc have two special abilities, Big Owl and Pyron.  These are two summons that get boosted by equipment, and have special attacks.  Since these are boosted by storebought items, that's how I've done them ( with best storebought items ).  I'll edit more in here later.

5) Note that I had one hell of a time choosing Maru's set-up.  I eventually set him up to be a Ball Lightning character, which fits in with how he works in game.  Though, he is raping the speed average moreso than usual...and it's not 100% perfect, but it's about the best I could think of.  Realize that you'd probably want to twink him based on your own interpretation.  The same also goes for Volk, for the same principle ( specialty unique items ).  Camellia also ended up kind of....weird.  Take a look at them yourself, and it should become clear.

Droguza and Darkham, all courtesy of Meeple.

Droguza:
HP: About 1200
Parties Average HP: 250~
Defense: Low (Delma does more to him than most things in this dungeon)
Magic Defense: Below average (my spells did about 20 points more to him than usual)

Speed: He has 3 turns, with 2 unique speed values, from what I can tell (that, or the 2nd turn has some lag on its CT or something)  His first turn went after Darc (49 speed, yes, overleveled, and with a speed boosting item on) but before Volk (38 speed), so anywhere between those two.  The 2nd went after Delma (28 speed) but before Bebedora and Camellia, last one went last.

Abilities (Names I made up myself):
Physical: 100 damage, multi target
Note: The Area he hits with his phystical is really friggin huge, so I consider it MT
Tail Laser: 130 physical damage, can only hit people within a set crescent area.  Due to how he has 0 Move, I'm not sure I let him use this in a duel. (since the person must be within a very specific radius for him to hit)
Tail Bomber: 110 damage, magical
Breath Attack: 80 magic damage, lowers defense

Comments: Droguza's damage isn't all that great, but its not bad either.  His HP is good for an AtL4 boss, in that he doesn't die with a few smacks from everyone like all other bosses (incluiding his previous boss forms) did.  This makes up somewhat for his low defenses.  His main selling point is his speed game.  He has *3* turns to work with, like Luca Blight, and the first comes off quickly.  This helps him out a lot, and possibly, what nudges him into Low God Like.

Darkham:
HP: 1500~
Party's Average HP: 280~
Speed: He seems to have an inniative of some kind, cause after that, he acts much slower than his first turn would imply.  his first goes before even an over leveled Maru, but after that, turn order looks like this:
Maru -> Kharg -> Paullette -> Tatjana -> Ganz -> Darkham -> Maru -> Darkham -> Kharg, and continue.  As a side note, at one point, Kharg lapped Darkham's 2nd turn, so I'm almost positive that opening turn isn't raw speed.
Defense: Average
Magic Defense: Average

Abilities (attack names made up by me again):
Physical: 50
Multi Stab: 120, physical
Tear Gas: 80, magic, adds Paralysis at high hit rate (he used it 2x, hitting 5 characters total, the paralysis missed Tatjana once)

Comments:  Darkham is inferior to Droguza, scaled, in just about everyway sans maybe HP, where its close.  His only thing saving his apparently slow speed is his double turn action, and Paralysis.  If you guard paralysis, nad having Healing (or just really good defense), Darkham's really kind of screwed.  And he doesn't have much to save himself against pretty much any good boss.  No godlike, but probably an alright Heavy.
