Long has the DL been lacking a good stat topic for this innovative, ground breaking, well-played game.  Hey, if Parasite Eve can get ranking hype...

Thanks go to The Doom Wiki for many/most of these stats!

Explanations!
Due to the existence of Deathmatch and monster infighting, yes, everything in Doom is on the same scale.
HP:  Take a wild guess.
Speed:  Movement speed, as per the game's data files.
Attacks:  Damage listed in HP.  Doom has quite a bit of random variance in its damage.
Special:  Whatever else, notes, suggested rank.

Former Human / Zombieman
Ruff!

Zombies!  Zombies with GUNS!

HP: 20
Speed: 8
Attacks: Gunshot, damage 3-15 (Average 9)
Special: Horrible accuracy, AI, horrible altogether.  PUNY.

Former Human Sergeant / Shotgun Guy
Yout!

Comm drop me shotty and JP plzzz!  No.  This is what happens to marines who don't go to their waypoints.

HP: 30
Speed: 8
Attacks: Shotgun blast - 3 independant pellets at once, 3-15 damage each, 9-45 total.  (Average 27)
Special: Gasp!  4HKO damage?  Maybe.  Still slow and killed by uh anything.  PUNY/LIGHT.

Former Human Commando / Chaingunner
YOUT!

Screw you too, Plutonia Map ALL OF THEM.

HP: 70
Speed: 8
Attacks: Chaingun - fires a steady stream of bullets until he's interrupted by flinching (66% chance per attack to him) or the target leaving his line of sight.  Roughly 10 bullets in a standard attack time, totaling 30-150. (Average 90)
Special: Suddenly, damage!  Still has that durability and speed problem though.  LIGHT.  The pain chance thing is a stat on all monsters, but doesn't really matter in the DL except for those with a continuous attack, and even then just if you want to interpret it that way.

Imp
Hiss!

Imp!  IIIIIMMMMP!  They throw fireballs.

HP: 60
Speed: 8
Attacks: Fireball 3-24 (average 13.5), Melee Claw 8-24 (Average 17)
Special: Uh, LIGHT.  Immune to other Imp's fireballs, which I suppose one could translated to fire immunity.

Lost Soul
Ahhhhh!

Imps were hot and naked, but these guys are positively flaming

HP: 100
Speed: 8 normally, 20 when charging.
Attacks: Charging melee bite 3-24 (average 13.5)
Special: Mr. Lost Soul flies over any terrain and to any height.  He also has a 100% pain chance and can be flinched out of its charge, and if dodged it will keep going until it hits a wall... still LIGHT.

Demon / Pinky
Woof!  Grr!

Pinky wants to HUG you.

HP: 150
Speed: 10
Attacks: Melee bite 4-40 (Average 22)
Special: There's another monster, called the Spectre, which is exactly like the Demon except with a black and semitransparent sprite.  Same thing in the DL, and LIGHT both of em.

Revenant
Whoooa!  Meow!  Meow!

The very essence of Doom is embodied in this creature - it's a skeleton with shoulder-mounted homing rocket launchers that mews like a cat and knows kung fu.  How much more awesome does it get?

HP: 300
Speed: 10
Attacks: Kung Fu Melee Punch 6-60 (Average 33), Rocket 10-80 (Average 45)
Special: The rocket attack has a 50% chance to home in on the player (but still be easily avoidable with some terrain), take that how you will.  Might possibly make LOW MIDDLE.

Cacodemon
SKIIITCHHRRRIIITCH!

Sweet Christmas!  Big mouthed floating thingies!  It's always something.

HP: 400
Speed: 8
Attacks: Lightning Ball 5-40 (Average 22.5), Melee Bite 6-60 (Average 33)
Special: Immune to lightning balls from other Cacodemons, flies.  LIGHTish, HP doesn't save the lower speed and damage compared to Mr. Bonejangles.

Pain Elemental
Wark!

Hi, I am a Cacodemon stats rip.

HP: 400
Speed: 8
Attacks: Spit Lost Soul.  Creates a Lost Soul charging at the target.
Special: Flies.  Is identical to a Cacodemon in stats and general shape, except that it's not immune to Caco lightning balls, and instead of attacking, it spits out an infinite supply of Lost Souls - and even creates three more Lost Souls when killed.  Unfortunately, if it attempts to spawn a Lost Soul inside something, the soul is destroyed without incident... so one can simply walk up, stand in front of good old Painy's face and punch it at leisure while it floats around unable to do anything.  This happens to translate to the DL.  CANNOT WIN/PUNY?

Arachnotron
Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING Ka-CHING

Baby, I'm all about that plasma rifle, and it's all about me.

HP: 500
Speed: 12
Attacks: Plasma Gun, fires a stream of projectiles until flinched (50% chance/attack on it) or target leaves view.  5-40 damage per projectile (Average 22.5), assuming 5 in a standard attack round, 25-200 damage (Average 112.5)
Special: Immune to Arachnotron plasma, though not Marine plasma.  HIGH MIDDLE, maybe even low Heavy, as that speed and consistent damage output along with the HP make it better than anything to come before.

Mancubus
BLOOOOORGH!

Not to be confused with the Gorecubus, a unique creature pictured below.

HP: 600
Speed: 8
Attacks: Attack sequence of 3 quick bursts of 2 fireballs each, damage 8-64 per fireball (Average 36), 48-384 total (Average 216)
Special: Often underrated due to the player dodging its hits, Fatso here causes MASSIVE PAIN if you take the full combo on the chin, often winning monster vs monster wars.  HEAVY.

SS Nazi
Mein Leben!

Good old Nazis.  Everybody loves to hate Nazis.  Right?  RIGHT?

HP: 50
Speed: 8
Attacks: Gunshot, 3-15 (Average 9)
Special: Um so, zombie take 2.  PUNY.

Hell Knight
Reeeeeeeeer?

So these guys are Barons of Hell with a sickly pale pallete swap, emasculatedly high voice and half the hit points.

HP: 500
Speed: 8
Attacks: Plasma ball 8-64 (Average 36), Melee Claw 10-80 (Average 45)
Special: LOW MIDDLE.  Not really much to say.

Baron of Hell
ROOOOOAAAAAAAR!

YES.

HP: 1000
Speed: 8
Attacks: Plasma ball 8-64 (Average 36), Melee Claw 10-80 (Average 45)
Special: HIGH MIDDLE/LOW HEAVY?  The damage isn't all that terribly impressive unless you let them spam multiple claws in a round, but that massive HP lets them tank hits extremely well.

Archvile
Bleargleargleblargele?  RRRrrr, RRRrr!

#1 most hated enemy in any game ever?  Quite possibly.

HP: 700
Speed: 15
Attacks: Reanimate (revives a dead monster with a corpse that isn't an Archvile, Cyberdemon or Spider Mastermind), Archvile Flame (cannot be dodged!) damage 20+0-70 (Average 55)
Special: Third fastest thing in the game, behind only a charging Lost Soul and Mr. Big, ~2HKO damage that always hits, revival, good HP... HEAVY.

Spider Mastermind
WhaWHEELRG! Chunka chunka chunka chunka...

Lame/10!  Should have swapped placed with the next thing down!

HP: 3000
Speed: 12
Attacks: Chaingun, rapid-fires bullets at roughly the same speed as the Chaingunner zombie, continues firing until flinched (15% chance per attack).  Roughly 10 bullets in a standard attack time, totaling 30-150. (Average 90)
Special: Massive, massive durability, good speed, damage that rips things apart.  LOW GODLIKE.

THE CYBERDEMON
BAM!  WHAAAAAAAA! ... okay, that's the sound *you* make around it.

Imagine the most hardcore thing ever.  Apply more awesome.  BAM!  YOU ARE HUGE, THAT MEANS YOU HAVE HUGE GUTS!  RIP AND TEAR!

HP: 4000
Speed: 16
Attacks: Volley of 3 rockets, damage 20-160 impact + 0-128 blast radius.  A direct hit will always score 128 for the blast, so that's 148-288 damage per rocket (average 218), and 444-864 for the volley (Average 654)
Special:
UH.  Hi, gamebest HP, best non-marine speed and just plain sick damage (for a monster).  Oh, and he's immune to Cyberdemon rockets entirely, and blast damage from player rockets (only the direct hit damage counts).  GODLIKE.

Our Hero, The Doom Marine, You, The Player, who may or may not be named Flynn Taggart depending on if you take trashy license novels as canon.
Unf!

Who's a man and a half?  I'm a man and a half!  Berserker packin' man and a half!  Yeah!  I've got a fistful of vertebrae and a fistful of mad!

HP: 400 (when maxed out)
Speed: 50 (when running)
Attacks: The Marine has quite a few weapons to choose from, all of varying damage and speed.  For the sake of convenience, I'm going to take single attacks for all but the rapid-fire weapons (Chainsaw, chaingun and plasma).  Tricky business, but fortunately, it doesn't matter all too much - you'll see why...
Fist - Melee range, 2-20 damage (Average 11)
Berserk Fist - Melee range, 20-200 damage (Average 110)
Chainsaw - Melee range, identical to fist but attacks 4x as fast, 8-80 damage (Average 44)
Pistol - 400 max ammo, 5-15 damage (Average 10)
Shotgun - 100 max ammo, fires seven pellets of 5-15 damage each, total 35-105 (Average 70)
Super Shotgun - Uses same ammo as shotgun, but consumes 2 shells per shot and fires 20 pellets, total damage 105-315 (Average 210)
Chaingun - Uses same ammo as pistol and inflicts the same damage, but fires 4x as fast (Average 40 for 4 bullets, or 100 for 10 if you want to match it against the Chaingunner enemy)
Rocket Launcher - 100 max ammo, inflicts 20-160 hit damage plus 0-128 blast radius damage; a direct hit will always take full blast damage for a total of 148-288 damage (Average 218)
Plasma Rifle - 600 max ammo, 5-40 damage (Average 22.5) per projectile, but has an extremely fast rate of fire. (Average 337.5 for 15 shots)

BFG 9000 - The marine's signature and most significant weapon, the holy grail of firepower, the BFG!

It has some weird behavior.
Uses the same 600 ammo as the plasma rifle, but consumes 40/shot, for an effective ammo supply of 15 shots.
A single shot fires a green plasma ball, which inflicts 100-800 damage (450 average) on impact.
At the moment of the plasma ball's impact, the gun also fires 40 (invisible) rays in a cone from the player in the direction the BFG was first fired; each of these rays inflicts 49-87 (average 68) damage.  Yes, that's just as weird as it sounds.
The upshot, though, is that facing something at point blank range and firing the BFG (as is common practice when facing something that needs to die) will inflict damage from both the ball and all 40 rays.  This comes to a grand total of 2060-4280 damage (Average 3170).
And that is why none of the other weapons matter in the DL.

Special: So, the Marine is insanely fast, outrunning everything else in the game by far, can take a hit or two if you assume maxed health and armor, and the BFG... uh, well.  Aya Brea 2.0?  Maybe.  Looks better, though.  (uber)GODLIKE.

We now interrupt our program to bring you a special message from the Archvile.

Thank you.
