Notes
1. Levels are 60, which is basically where you end if you don't do any side areas. Weapon levels are 13 for Adell's Fists (12 if you see Swords as default), 12 for Rozalin's Guns, 9 for Yukimaru's Swords, and 5 for Etna's Spears (4 if you Swords as defaults). Characters who are in the party gain more weapon levels. I basically had a reason for where all the tech levels fell, which I might include later if the sheer math still needed to complete the topic doesn't drive me insane.

2. Techs from weapons are in the topic below the dotted lines in the character sections. Techs better reflect in-game performances (like making Adell and Yukimaru not completely boned by Fire/Ice defense) while not really changing anyone notably (Adell and Yukimaru are still fairly Fire/Ice reliant!).

3. Some of the SP costs are 1 or 2 off.

4. The effective defenses are essentially 1.3(Defense/6). Not very potent.

5. Buffs/Debuffs are stackable to +100% or -50%. Of course, 20% of the cumulative buff effect wears off each turn, which leads to far too many numbers in the Rozalin/Taro sections!

6. Accuracy is basically all 100% against endgame randoms (Albeit barely in some cases, and that drops to 60% with Axes), but the accuracy formula is 1.2(Accuracy/Evasion). This means that you need about three times the evasion to get Rozalin to have a drop in accuracy compared to Adell.

7. Averages up Top!

1. I'm comparing him to L20 characters. This could be a little high (maybe 3 or so extra battles if you use a full generic team), but L18 is probably the lowest I could see. The equips are a bit pricey, but you generally have enough to outfit the story PCs. I also threw on the Dark Rosary since Axel has the upgraded version (And you have several equips of the Dark Rosary or similar powered equips).

2. Defenses are probably checked by a multiplier of about 1.15 at this point of the game.

Added in the two bosses that have a decent ranking chance, as well as Axel's temp form (Which he really hopes people allow, because it's probably about triple durability of his boss form, and mostly similar otherwise).

It should be noted for character uniqueness that each character has a Lover that has a random chance of appearing on a weapon.  The cap on a lover is 25 in a single weapon.  Lovers increase the character's  stats by 1% for each (2% subdued), up to a 25% bonus (1.25x multiplier), but what is unique to each character is the different effects.

Adell Lover:  Increases Adell's damage done to higher level enemies by 25% (bringing his bonus up from 25% to 50% - this means his best damage does 1633 instead)
Rozalin:  Increases the stats of surrounding males by 45% instead of 20%
Tink (Blue):  +4 to MOV instead of +2
Tink (Red):  45% stat boost for each adjacent female instead of 20%
Hanako:  Takes only 25% damage from monsters (No idea how this translates)
Taro:  45% boost to DEF and RES while in critical instead of 20%
Yukimaru:  45% chance to inflict Amnesia with her basic physical instead of 20%  (Turn 2-3 silence vs. Turn 3-5?  BIG boost).
Etna:  75% increase stats of surrounding non-Kurtis Prinnies instead of a 50% boost (Useless in the DL...)
Flonne:  Increases effectiveness of healing spells used by Flonne by 75% instead of a 50% boost
Laharl:  Deals 50% more to monsters instead of 25% more

Land of Carnage cases only:
Axel:  Takes 25% of the damage from humanoids, instead of a 50% reduction.
Fubuki:  45% of the damage he deals with a basic physical is taken from the opponent's MP/SP/TP/What-have-you instead of 20%.
Kurtis:  Takes 25% of the damage from higher leveled opponents instead of a 50% reduction (this sounds so freaking broken...)

So what happens?  Adell gets MORE damage, Rozalin is better in team matches, Tink gets more powerful in some team matches, Hanako translates weirdly, Taro becomes harder to hurt in critical, Yukimaru is a non-silence-immune/resistant mage slayer, Etna stays the same, Flonne is a better healer in team matches, Laharl translates as well as Hanako.  Then, we have the possible broken that is Axel and Kurtis, with Fubuki doing MP nuking with his damage.
