Nate had already shut Lugia out 4-0.
However, Persepohone and Dark Force have not yet met.
So, to determine whether Persephone is worthy of the title, she'll face off with Dark Force.
If she wins, the title is hers. If not, (includes a 1-0 margin,) then FIT 54 Godlike will remain Vacant. (The Loss in the finals still counts against Nate, so he can't take the title.)

(Incidentally, I am wondering whether the length of time between when games were published has anything to do with the low turnout. I mean, of the 4 Finals, only 1 was vs. Contemporaries (or reasonably so), and a 2nd was New vs recent remake, IIRC.)
