It seems that this Pool does not like Ike, what with the low votes in his matches and all:

Except Lyon probably does like Ike because his tie with Nina won Lyon the pool.  At least Serge could say he won all of the matches Lyon did in their Pool last Season.


Consequently, I just started playing Fire Emblem 8 on Sunday on the way back from Kansas.  (The reason the other pools have been delayed an extra day is because I have been investigating support values... while being stuck just outside of Renvall.) 

Of course, since the two in this pool don't have a common support, that kind of makes it easier, eh?

Tana vs Geno (SMRPG): No way to tell in-game if Geno whirl can miss, so I default to "it can." It doesn't matter. Geno is faster and not one rounded, so he gets 2 shots at it and one's going to hit.
Tana vs Agrias (FFT): In a twist, Agrias ignores evade and has some herself (crystal shield), while Tana's own accuracy is meh. Agrias 2HKOs Tana's shit DEF easily... butall that is for naught because Tana is faster and still manages to 3HKO with a killer. She'd have to miss twice and I don't buy it.

Joshua vs Agrias: Now Josh has the godly accuracy you'd expect, so easy 2 rounding for him.

Geno vs Agrias: Agrias can block ID but she can't do anything about Geno using boost then just beating the shit out of her.

Tana vs Joshua (Both FE8): Weapon triangle makes this one pretty much a no-brainer, though the better damage and evade would see her win anyway.

Tana vs Lady Harken (WA): Pretty sure parry messes Tana up too much.

Lady Harken vs Geno: Has crazy damage control, and Geno Boost. If Harken goes first she maaay be able to kill with Azrael, halved Azrael, halved Maximum Risk (especially if the latter isn't halved at all). But that probably needs two assumptions.
Lady Harken vs Agrias: .. wait Agrias just misses the OHKO I think, even with ice damage. Go her. Still, she should be able to set up so that she... no, she has no damage control, so she really can't. Fail Agrias, no Heavy with ice as their best damage should lose to Harken ever.
